purchase at HerbalNutricon.com include a 30 day money back guarantee
with the exceptions as follows:
All returned products must be unopened and sealed and must be returned
within 30 days of the ship date for a refund. No returns will be
accepted without a prior authorization number. Unauthorized returns
will be refused for credit. You may obtain a RMA number by calling
1-510-276-9988 or send us e-mail to customerservice@herbalnutricon.com.
Please include the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package.
All authorized product returns must be shipped prepaid UPS , FedEx,
Airborne Ground or other insured carrier. A 25% restocking fee will
apply on all items returned for any reason other than damaged, shortage
or incorrect shipments.
If you receive defective merchandise, please contact our customer
service department immediately to determine the best method for
replacement or repair of your defective product.
If products damaged during shipping, you may retain carton and damaged
product, must first contact the carrier for delivery service inspection.
We will arrange the damaged products return to HerbalNutricon.com
, meanwhile, we will file a claim with the delivery service or credit
your account.
For your protection, we require you be sure to keep your tracking
receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for a return without a proof
of delivery confirmation provided by UPS , FedEx or Airborne Ground.
Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return by our shipping
department. Please allow up to one billing cycles for the return
credit to appear on your credit card statement. If credit cannot
be issued to your credit card, a store credit will be issued.
